My counselling training and my teaching experience in the educational sector have allowed me to work with clients/ students from a range of different backgrounds, and I pride myself on my ability to connect with a diverse range of people regardless of ethnicity, age, socioeconomic background, sexual orientation or gender identification. I have a great deal of experience working with children who have Autism, ADHD, learning and behavioural difficulties and professional experience working with adults who have ADHD. I encourage my clients to explore their wider context, whether that be race, religion, culture, gender, it is these fragments that contribute to the individual’s whole self.
