I aim to create a safe and confidential space, offering weekly/ fortnightly sessions to ensure you get the most out of therapy, whilst going at your pace. I encourage your autonomy because you are responsible for yourself, and additionally, I strongly encourage you to bring your whole self to the therapy space to ensure I can both support and guide you through any difficult issues.
We will carry out a one-off initial assessment to gain some insight around your needs from therapy and determine the nature of your issues. The first couple of sessions will allow us the space for us to build a rapport and an understanding of your life experiences and personal issues. We will explore your counselling goals and presenting issues with the consideration of how we may loosely structure the sessions moving forward,ensuring your needs are both prioritised and met.
Every few sessions, we will review how the therapy is going for you to ensure we are targeting your needs and working towards your counselling goals. I also like to challenge my clients to offer different perspectives, however I will always check your comfortability levels around exploring issues. I offer both long and short- term talking therapy. We conduct online counselling safely and confidentially.
